Rooted Autumn Wellness Box
Fall brings the harvest, sweetest of breezes, much needed rain, and the delicious damp smell of the forest.
We're still working at full speed. We put our gardens to bed, plan our celebrations, and prepare for winter.
We fill our larders with root medicine, fire cider, and rosehips. We make warming soups and stews full of vital minerals to replenish our bodies and feed our souls.
