Chive/Chive Blossom Vinegar

Fill jar with chives and blossoms (add other herbs as well if you like ) cover with apple cider vinegar- shake periodically and strain after 2-3 weeks

Add to sauces, dressings etc.

A few other ways to preserve and use chive blossoms:

- use in salads and soups to add a light onion flavor and beautiful pink garnish.

- dry and save for winter use

- make a chive blossom salt

- above I have made a chive
blossom vinegar.
